Amenkay Teknik Sdn Bhd was incorporated on 2nd February 1993. The founder directors are Mr. Md Noal Kassim and Mrs. Mariam Mohamed Shah. Mr. Kassim has served a few multi-national organizations namely Guthrie, Sterling Drug etc.

Our company’s core business is serving as distributor to reputable manufacturers of dredgers, machineries, marine engines and other related equipments into Malaysian market.

In 2001, we started our boatyard facilities operation our in Tanjung Selabu, Muar, Johor. Our services include new boat building, boat repair/maintenance, modifications, re-engineering and re-powering. To complement the above mentioned activities we have adopted the approach of applying the proprietary items to enhance the performance of our new boat building and the re-powering exercise.
